Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before attending a Giriwana performance. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and respectful cultural experience for all guests. By purchasing a ticket or reserving a seat at our show, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

1. Ticket Purchase & Booking

  • All tickets for Giriwana performances must be booked in advance, either online or through our official contact channels.

  • Online ticket purchases are eligible for a 10% discount and are non-transferable unless approved by our team.

  • Ticket prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.

2. Show Schedule

  • Our cultural show takes place every Saturday from 19.15 to 20.15 WITA at Raja Bali – Balinese Authentic Restaurant & Activities, South Kuta.

  • Guests are advised to arrive at least 15–30 minutes before showtime to ensure smooth entry and seating.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is possible if you notify us at least 24 hours before the performance.

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes after the show starts.

4. Seating & Capacity

  • Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Due to limited venue capacity, we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

5. Attendee Guidelines

  • We kindly request that all guests wear comfortable and respectful attire.

  • Photography and video recording are permitted only in designated moments or with prior permission.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who behave in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.

6. Force Majeure

  • Giriwana reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a performance due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, customers will be offered alternative dates or full refunds.
